This is how it looks like an industrial PLC board after 39 years of continuous 24h/24h duty service. After washing, cleaning it and drying it with compressed air the electronic board seems brand you. We electrically tests 100%% and we found only a normal ageing of the optocouplers CRT. We replaced them with brand new TOSHIBA optocouplers.
